Located in Northampton and Easthampton, these lovely single story homes are surrounded by acres of forests, preserved woodlands and walking trails.  We offer a choice of three spacious, open floor plans featuring two bedrooms, great room/living room, kitchen, sunny enclosed porches, and an attached garage.  Most of the homes offer two full baths.  All of our homes feature modern appliances including individual full size washer and dryer.

The Inn at Easthampton
In this beautiful modern New England setting, you'll enjoy all the amenities of a charming inn.  Residents can choose from six floor plans, including"

• Studio with separate sleeping room
• One bedroom apartments
• Two bedroom apartments with 1-1/2 baths
• Two bedroom apartments with 2 baths

In addition to living in a spacious apartment with full-size washer and dryer, you'll enjoy convenient amenities including housekeeping services, the Wellness Center, library, post office and cafe and game room.  There's even a hair salon and barber shop exclusively for residents of the Inn.

If it's activities, trips and sumptuous meals you're looking for, you've come to the right place.  Each day our Social Director plans entertaining outings for all Lathrop Communities residents.  Each evening The Inn's gourmet chef prepares delicious dinners every bit as good as those you'd enjoy in a fine restaurant.
